you're not sure how to begin to heal.
After experiencing the unimaginable loss from the Los Angeles fires, you are left with feelings of shock, disbelief, and deep sadness over how much life has suddenly changed for yourself, your neighbors, friends, and family. Some emotions may surprise and confuse you, such as anger, numbness, or lingering heightened anxiety and hypervigilance.
restore strength and hope by
connecting with those who understand
This group aims to help you connect with survivors and families of the Los Angeles fires so you can more confidently navigate through the pain of trauma, loss, and abrupt change. It offers a safe, healing space for adults 18 and up to support and empower each other through shared grief, regain a sense of hope and stability, and help you recognize that you're not alone. Additional goals of the group include:
Having a safe environment where you can share your story and voice emotions that have been difficult to sit alone with

Exploring practical skills to help you confidently move through grief to recover, instead of bottling up feelings or over-relying on distractions and busy-ness

Softening the guilt and inner critic that may be stuck on "could've-would've-should've" scenarios

Learning about how the trauma of surviving a disaster impacts the mind and body, including coping skills that utilize the mind-body connection

Using group coaching and wellness education to help you process grief, loss, and uncertainty
Free Online Group: Saturdays, 11:00am - 1:00pm
